Ms.
Royston is responsible for the operational side of the business,
covering all aspects of marketing, accounts, database management
and general administration. Prior to joining BPM Partners
in 2004 to help organise their conferences and seminars, Ms.
Royston spent 4 years in database marketing in the the data
management sector and 4 years in international marketing for
CBS Records (now Sony Music). She holds an MBA in Export Management
and International Business from City University Business School
in London and a BA (Honours) in Business Studies from the
